Delete Saml App Logo

/v1/admin/saml-apps/{sp_id}/branding/logosClear one branding logo slot (the "remove logo" action) for this SAML SP. Removes the stored logo and drops the branding pointer so the SP renders the generic default logo. Idempotent.
