Reinstate Group

Reinstate a suspended group.

It grants again what it is attached to, to whoever is a member now — for a group provisioned by SCIM, your identity provider may have changed that set while it was suspended. Members sign in again with the devices and passkeys they already hold; nothing needs re-enrolling or reconfiguring, and self sign-up reopens on the applications that use it. Sessions ended by the suspend stay ended. Reinstating a group that is not suspended changes nothing. Returns 404 for an unknown group.
