A price you can quote from memory

Workforce is billed by seats: one dollar per provisioned employee per month. CIAM is billed by monthly active users, so a customer who does not authenticate in a given month costs nothing that month.

Yes. One dollar per user is the list price, and larger footprints are discounted by volume. Tell us the scale you are planning for and we will put a number against it.

Every account includes three tenants and three custom domains. A tenant is an isolated environment with its own users, apps and signing keys, and a custom domain serves the whole IdP on a hostname you own. Past the three included, each one is ten dollars per month. Both allowances are counted across the account, not per tenant, and only a verified domain bills. During the free trial you are held to the included three of each until you add a card, so an evaluation can never run up a bill.

Every tenant signs tokens with its own keys, encrypted at rest. You can upgrade a tenant to non-exportable custody, where the private key is generated inside a managed key service and never leaves it: signing happens by calling that service, so the key cannot be copied out by anyone, including us. That is the signing-key line alongside the per-user lines, billed per key.

Only the workforce-seat minimum noted at the top of this page, and it starts when the trial ends: the trial itself has no minimum. Once you are paying, those seats are committed whether or not they are occupied. Beyond that you pay for the usage lines here: seats, active CIAM users, and signing keys.
